Frank Coulson, Professor of Classics and Director of Palaeography for the Center, has been promoted to the rank of Distinguished Professor of Classics. Professor Coulson has published extensively in classical reception, particularly on the medieval and humanistic school tradition on Ovid. He is a member of the Comité international de paléographie latine.  His books include Ovid in the Middle Ages and Incipitarium Ovidianum.
